MSB's website lists Kenneth Halvorsen as the Executive Construction Manager (whatever that is). It goes on to yap about him serving as a general contractor for large scale commercial projects in the multi-billion dollar range.

There is zero evidence of this. At all. None. (here's my surprised face :-| ) There are no verifiable records, new articles, industry data....nothing. He is not mentioned as a grantee on any Mechanic Lien filing anywhere that I can find. Not in Montgomery County where he lives or in Harris County or anywhere else.

By comparison, go to the Hopkins County Clerk's website, and do a deed search. Pop in someone like Wayne Cooper's name and see how many mechanic lien filings you get. The obvious conclusion to this is that one is a legit contractor. Ken Halvorsen is not.

"Well, he would have filed it under a separate LLC". Ok, where's his company? The only entity registered to him in Texas is Artavana, which is currently inactive for tax forfeiture. Oops.

The reality is, like Ganna Halvorsen, he's most likely spent his career as a painter (an impressionist painter, though, which is low key kind of my jam). This reinforces this main point that we all keep coming back to the more we dig in to these people:

So far, MSB Global is a complete fraud. They have no verifiable presence or track record of work of any kind. Their leadership bios are complete fabrications end-to-end.

I wouldn't hire these people to mow my lawn, but somehow our city leaders selected them as the preferred contractor on one of the largest data center projects ever. And they did so without a word of public discussion.

Maxwell and our chicken-fried Tammany Hall really need to start answering the public on this.
